The company is run by a team of working directors and departmental managers, each having his own specialist field, and collectively accounting for many years of practical experience.The company directly employs several teams dedicated to the installation of new equipment along with many service and maintenance engineers located in strategic locations across the region. All staff are controlled by working managers and supervisors in each specialist field.
All of our engineers are fully trained and have many years of experience with all types of air conditioning systems, including water chillers, VRV / VRF (variable refrigerant volume/flow) equipment, split type comfort cooling / heating, air and ground source heat pumps, close control temperature and humidity systems, and packaged roof top equipment.Our service engineer apprentices attend Plymouth College of further education and study refrigeration and air conditioning to a minimum of NVQ level 2.
All of our engineers are registered with the Engineering Services Skillcard scheme, as well as being trained and registered for the safe handling of refrigerants. The company is also F-Gas certificated with Refcom,The company is a member of the HVCA (Heating and Ventilating Contractors Association) with most training organised via them.
We are also a member of the Safety Services Group, with all of our staff regularly attending and achieving certification on various courses, including risk assessment, manual handling, working at heights and asbestos awareness. We also have two qualified first aiders within our staff.
